By Night Studios (“By Night Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our corporate websites, including bynightstudios.com and related studio-operated web properties (the “Sites”), and how we handle inquiries you send to us.
This Policy does not replace the privacy practices of separately operated services. In particular, commerce, accounts, checkout, order history, and digital downloads are handled by our shop at shop.bynightstudios.com, and event registration, character systems, and related event operations may be handled by darknessemergent.com or authorized partners. Those services may present their own privacy notices at the point of use.
